Daybreak by andyhutchinson Daybreak by andyhutchinson
Taken on Seven Mile Beach in South Coast NSW, Australia. This is, of course, the east coast of Australia so we get the sunrise over the sea. It's a pretty nice scene considering it's mid-winter here right now.

If you'd like this for your desktop, you'll find a 1920x1080 and a 1680x1050 sized wallpaper version in the download. If you want it for your wall, request a print.

Thank you.

550D body is as good as the prosumer models in my opinion. Its weaknesses are the lack of waterproofing that you get on the more expensive Canons and the kit lenses they bundle with it. The first problem is fairly easy to get round by taking a bit of care in rain and the second can be fixed by buying some decent lenses. This photo was taken with the 10-22mm superwide. :)

i am not very proud to say this but i am mostly good weather photographer..
i use 18-55 and 55-250 lenses and also looking for best buy..i would like to engrow my collection with powerful and quality for the price lens..as you can see most of my photos are nature related..such as landscapes, waterscapes, macro and a little bit of urban exploration...i would be very grateful if you could suggest me some of them...than you in advance

That's a fairly diverse range of subjects so it's probably not worthwhile investing in something like a superwide lense. Something like the 18-200mm is probably a good bet - you get great zoom when you need and it opens out to 18mm. There's a review of it here - [link]
